Job Title

A leadership role in waste sorting operations is available.

Description

The successful candidate will assist the Operations Manager in running and overseeing the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This includes guiding and coaching employees, monitoring productivity, providing on-the-job training to new staffs, identifying issues in efficiency and suggesting improvements, recruiting quality employees to provide high-quality customer support, ensuring safety measures are adhered to during waste sorting operations, handling tools and equipment, designing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives, developing strategies to improve department metrics and performance, and performing any other work-related tasks assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in business or management field with at least 5 years of experience in related industry.
  • Able to stand over a period of time while performing primary role of waste sorting.
  • Good working knowledge of operational procedures and policies.
  • Strong project management, administrative management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
