Operations Transformation Manager

We are seeking an accomplished leader to take on the vital role of Operations Transformation Manager. As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal part in driving operational excellence across our global agencies.
In this position, you will be responsible for spearheading the implementation of our Global Invoicing & Receipting System (GIRS) project. Your key objectives include streamlining and standardizing global invoicing practices, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for transforming our invoicing system into a scalable, intelligent, and customer-centric platform.
- Champion a future-state design and functionalities that enhance speed, accuracy, and control.
- Align system capabilities with evolving customer expectations and business growth strategies.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will identify and eliminate process bottlenecks through automation and lean practices. You will also continuously monitor performance metrics such as invoice cycle time, error rates, and customer feedback. Furthermore, you will implement enhancements that reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time. Designing invoicing processes that are intuitive, transparent, and responsive to customer needs is another key aspect of your role.
To excel in this position, you must possess a recognized degree or equivalent in Business, Accountancy, Economics, Finance, Data analytics, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, business process, or a related role is required. Proven experience in project management, with a focus on executing complex projects within specified timelines, is essential. Additionally, you should have proven experience in a leadership role in a large organization, with expertise in change management and leading organizational transformations.
