Web Development and Design Specialist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the conceptualization and development of visually appealing websites, interactive multimedia experiences, and software interfaces. Key aspects of this role include visualizing and designing concepts based on communicated requirements and collaborating with a team of technical and design professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Experience with Macromedia Flash or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Preferred skills: sketching, cell animation, and e-learning development

Benefits:

Candidates with international experience and proficiency in design tools will be highly preferred. A background in fine arts is desirable, along with expertise in flash animations. Successful candidates who demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities may be considered for senior roles.
