Job Title: Culinary Chef

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, maintaining quality standards.
  • Initiate corrective actions for hazardous situations and notify supervisors of potential dangers.
  • Log security incidents and accidents per hotel requirements.
  • Communicate politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Culinary Management or equivalent experience working in a Western/Italian cuisine-based kitchen.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
  • Patient and responsible problem-solving skills.
