Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IaaS Product Solution Architect to join our team in Singapore. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about cloud infrastructure and the future of AI computing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing cutting-edge infrastructure solutions tailored for large-scale AI workloads, including training, inference, and deployment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with clients to drive the adoption of our high-performance computing (HPC), GPU, and container-based solutions across key industries in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical consultation for our IaaS and computing products, deeply understanding customer requirements to design public cloud infrastructure solutions.
  2. Lead technical solution delivery, including requirement gathering, proposal writing, deployment planning, and issue resolution for IaaS/PaaS projects.
  3. Identify client needs and market trends in cloud and AI computing, translating insights into actionable feedback for product development.
  4. Develop and maintain tailored technical solution documents involving our products (e.g., containers, networking, storage, AI/ML platforms).
  5. Deliver product enablement and best practice sharing across industries, supporting internal and external stakeholders with technical guidance and documentation.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree or above in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in the AI and cloud infrastructure domain.
  • Strong foundation in cloud computing and IT architecture, including servers, containers, networking, storage, and databases; in-depth knowledge of at least 1–2 technical domains.
  • Familiar with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and DeepSpeed, and knowledgeable about AI training/inference workflows and model optimization.
  • Experience with GPU computing, distributed computing (RDMA, MPI, GPU Direct), and real-world model training/inference acceleration projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical writing and visualization skills to communicate architecture and solutions effectively.
  • Excellent fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin is required to liaise with regional stakeholders and product teams based in China.
