Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rebar Operations Manager to join our team at WEI SHENG DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the rebar operations on our construction site, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare rebar bending schedules and drawings
  • Supervise rebar workers and ensure they meet project timelines
  • Deal with rejections and returns at the site
  • Prepare monthly progress claims for quantity surveyors
  • Manage rebar usage and inventory
  • Evaluate and improve construction processes
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all staff members
  • Work a standard 6-day week, full-time schedule

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction management, specifically in rebar operations
  • Strong leadership and supervision skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
  • Knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
