We are seeking a seasoned Financial Insurance Specialist to join our organization. This key role involves collaborating closely with our team to achieve targeted sales objectives and providing expert advisory services on insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales activities and improve financial metrics.
  • Conducting regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the knowledge of our team members on insurance products, sales strategies, and process execution.
  • Collaborating with Relationship Managers to achieve targeted referral volumes and successful conversions.
  • Providing comprehensive wealth solutions to clients, including retirement planning, endowment planning, and wealth accumulation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience within the banking industry.
  • Possess valid and relevant insurance certifications.
  • Demonstrated success in serving high-net-worth (HNW) clients, with strong expertise in premier insurance solutions.
  • Strong understanding of insurance concepts and in-depth product knowledge.
