Experienced Chinese Medicine Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated practitioner to lead our team in patient care, manage clinic operations, and mentor students.
This is an excellent opportunity to combine clinical practice with leadership and teaching responsibilities in a dynamic academic and healthcare setting.
- Patient Care Oversight:
- Manage patient services, ensure quality of care, coordinate daily operations, and address patient concerns.
Clinic & Team Management:
- Oversee clinic operations, staffing, employee development, and workplace safety.
Compliance & Regulation:
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
Clinical Services:
- Provide TCM consultation and treatment to patients at our clinic.
Clinical Mentorship:
- Provide clinical mentorship to students in the Double Degree Programme (Biomedical Sciences and TCM) as well as the new Single Degree in Chinese Medicine.
At least a TCMPB recognized Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Medicine
Singapore Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner
Minimum of 8 years' clinical experience in TCM practice
Knowledge in Chinese Medicine and Biomedical Sciences
Knowledge of data analysis
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and safety standards in Singapore
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
Ability to plan strategically, manage resources effectively, and make sound financial decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous in both patient care and clinical documentation
