ServiceNow UI Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow UI Developer to join our team.

As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing ServiceNow interfaces using ServiceNow's UI Builder, Service Portal, and other frameworks.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop User Interfaces: Create user-centric designs that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Customize Portals and Dashboards: Customize ServiceNow portals, dashboards, and forms with a focus on usability and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
  • Develop UI Components: Develop UI components using ServiceNow's UI Builder, Service Portal, and other frameworks.
  • Maintain Consistency: Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and user experience best practices.
  • Support Troubleshooting and Enhancements: Support troubleshooting, testing, and enhancements for existing ServiceNow applications.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, IT, Design, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with strong focus on UI/UX.
  • Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow UI technologies (Service Portal, UI Builder, Now Experience).
  • Knowledge: Understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and responsive design.
  • Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
