Job Title: Experienced Cook Required

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated cook to join our team at Vivocity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, ensuring food quality meets expectations, and working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to high standards.
  • Maintain high levels of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Assist with food preparation, cutting, portioning, and plating.
  • Support inventory checks and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and service crew to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food and beverage setting is preferred.
  • Possess a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn Japanese culinary techniques.
  • Be willing to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Have basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
  • Commitment to a 5.5-day work week.
