Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute audit engagements across various industries, ensuring quality and compliance with auditing standards.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and presentations effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Plan, organize, and manage audit fieldwork including allocating tasks to junior staff and providing on-the-job training and supervision.
- Review working papers, financial statements, and audit findings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant reporting frameworks.
- Identify key audit issues and propose practical solutions or recommendations to address client concerns.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or relevant professional qualification.
- At least 2-3 years post-qualification experience in external audit possessing current technical knowledge aligned with professional audit standards.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting requirements.
- Leadership skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think critically identifying risks and opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software program.
- Hardworking individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work and able to work independently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
