We are seeking a Business Engagement Specialist to support our department's objectives in planning and executing member and stakeholder activities, partnership events, and programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing initiatives to engage members and stakeholders;
  • Curating content aligned with the needs and interests of identified partners and member segments;
  • Project management: ensuring timely progress and completion of initiatives, executing value-adding partnership events, and driving event registrations and publicity via social media channels;
  • Serving as a career support ambassador to direct career support inquiries and facilitate career matching, refresh jobseeker lists, and track outcomes regularly;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in accountancy, business, marketing, or communications field;
  • At least 2 years of working experience;
  • Prior experience in engagement or partnership roles, career support, or professional membership bodies would be an added advantage;
  • Strong writing and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • A people person with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management;
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented mind with a natural ability to multi-task;
