About the Role

  • We are seeking a talented R&D Engineer to contribute to our material science research and development efforts.

Job Description

This full-time role involves advancing our material science research and development efforts at our facilities. As an R&D Engineer, you will contribute to the development and optimization of innovative materials and products that support our clients across a range of industries.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development and optimization of products by conducting experiments, preparing samples, and providing technical input under guidance.
  • Performing hands-on material application tests to validate performance and reliability; analyzing and documenting results with precision.
  • Identifying and addressing technical issues during testing or development phases, proposing solutions and learning from outcomes to improve processes.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records of experiments, test results, and project updates in compliance with company policies.
  • Interpreting test data, compiling detailed reports, and presenting findings to the team to support decision-making and project progress.
  • Ensuring proper use, calibration, and maintenance of lab equipment while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in product development or application testing in material science or semiconductor or electronic industry.
  • A strong understanding of materials and material engineering.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and industry standards.
  • Hands-on laboratory skills for conducting experiments and operating testing equipment.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting data and identifying trends or issues.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, statistical software) and MS Office Suite.
