About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, including delivery process management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage order fulfillments, including into SG warehouses
  • Monitor all shipments, including inbound shipment, process to outbound shipment release and coordinate system posting into SAP
  • Obtain shipping approvals from customers, release shipping instructions to 3PL Global warehouses
  • Work closely with 3PL warehouses and forwarders on shipping arrangement and resolve shipping issues

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Diploma and above in Business Management or related field
  • At least 3 to 5 years working experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain function
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word and Excel)
  • SAP experience in Sales & Distribution module and Order-to-Cash is required. CRM experience is an added advantage
