Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Client Service Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our high net worth clients and supporting the Relationship Managers in achieving client retention.

  • Partner with clients, business support, and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery.
  • Understand client requirements and assist Relationship Managers in daily maintenance of account relationships.
  • Initiate account openings, closures, and update instructions, interface with clients to ensure completion of documentation requirements.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding documentation and client fee payments.
  • Assist with new onboarding for private clients and send welcome packs.

As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Providing expert advice on banking products and services.
  • Managing client accounts and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' experience in banking services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, as well as procedures.
  • Understanding of financial, investment products, and services, including equity and bond markets.
  • Knowledge of offshore compliance and regulatory requirements, with exposure to multicultural issues.
  • Possess CACS Certifications 1 & 2.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, as well as procedures.
  • Understanding of financial, investment products, and services, including equity and bond markets.
