Job Title:

A school canteen food stall assistant is required to manage daily operations, maintain hygiene and service standards, and support food preparation and sales.

  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and tidiness at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and staff
  • Prepare and steam food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
  • Manage stall operations including setup, replenishment, and closing
  • Handle basic cashier duties and maintain accurate transactions
  • Comply with Halal standards and food safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
  • Assist with inventory checks and restocking when needed
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prior experience in F&B or food stall operations preferred
  • Basic food hygiene certification
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and able to handle kitchen duties
  • Friendly, punctual, and customer-oriented
  • Must be respectful of Halal food handling practices
