About the Role:

CVista HR Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Procurement Executive to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, contract administration, and vendor management.

We require candidates with 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Electrical Construction industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers. A background in Supplier Management is necessary, as well as the ability to multitask and complete assignments given on time.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They will also be responsible for supporting and maintaining quality management system (ISO 9001) and assisting with office IT coordination matters with external technical support for troubleshooting, PC hardware and software assets management, email set-ups.
