Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze financial reporting packs prepared by outsource service providers.
  • Manage timely closing process and reconciliations of revenue, expenses, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany transactions.
  • Prepare straight-line rent and incentives adjustments and journal entries.
  • Handle full set of financials for property holding and investment holding entities.
  • Provide monthly profit or loss and balance sheet analyses commentaries.
  • Review payments prepared by outsource service providers and prepare funding and ad hoc payments when required.
  • Work closely with all business units and overseas counterparts, investors, and external parties including trustee, auditor, and tax agent.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in related field and industry.
  • Preferably with experience working in a listed company, REIT, or Real Estate fund management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, and Power Point.
  • Knowledge of MRI accounting system would be an advantage.
  • A keen learner with positive attitude, ability to multitask, and committed to flexible and adaptability.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently under tight schedules.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Demonstrated people management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with third-party service providers and stakeholders across different jurisdictions and cultures.
  • Strong logical, analytical thinking, and financial analytical skill.
