  • Manage and oversee chemical operations to provide technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, contract adherence, and cash collection.
  • Review work activities, job programs, and design through collaboration with the sales team and understanding client requirements.
  • Develop relationships and position the company well within the problem-solving and value delivery arena.
  • Kickstart customer interactions, technical discussions, and opportunity discovery.
  • Maintain existing business contracts and customer relationships to identify new business opportunities.
  • Own financial planning to understand revenues, expenses, headcount, and profitability.
  • Manage and develop the team to ensure effective planning, knowledge sharing, and success.
  • Maintain internal compliance and HSE standards for a safe working environment.
">Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience.
  • Expertise in chemical operations within the oil and gas industry.
  • Business acumen and ability to ensure product and project delivery.
  • Experience in desalting, overhead corrosion control, and fouling control.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with internal teams and customers.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track-record of growing a business and delivering profitable results.
  • Experience in refinery processes and petrochemical environments.
