Job Opportunity: Drafter

We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and technical layouts based on design briefs and site measurements.

You will convert conceptual sketches into shop drawings, joinery details, and construction plans for production and on-site execution. Additionally, you will ensure that drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and client requirements.

  • Evaluate designs for accuracy and feasibility in collaboration with project managers, designers, and production teams.
  • Maintain drawing logs, version control, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform site visits as required to gather information, verify dimensions, and support the design process.

In addition to your drafting skills, you should have excellent communication and team collaboration skills. You will work closely with project managers, designers, and production teams to ensure that designs are accurate and feasible.

We require the following qualifications:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, and preferably knowledge in SketchUp.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant drafting experience, preferably in retail or interior fit-out industry.
