Job Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Vision: Lead the centre with a clear vision and positive culture. Develop and execute strategies aligned with centre's goals. Ensure compliance with regulations and operational standards.
  2. Educational Excellence: Cultivate an environment that encourages creative learning. Support curriculum development and effective teaching. Monitor and enhance educational quality.
  3. Family Engagement: Build strong parent relationships and address concerns. Organize events to involve parents in children's education.
  4. Staff Development: Recruit, train, and guide staff growth. Conduct evaluations and provide feedback.
  5. Operational Management: Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks. Oversee enrollment, attendance, and documentation.
  6. Health and Safety: Prioritize child safety and enforce protocols. Collaborate with authorities for compliance.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)
  • Previous leadership experience in early childhood education
  • Familiarity with SPARK is advantageous
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of early childhood pedagogy and regulations

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for early childhood education and a proven track record of success in leadership roles. The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
