At SkyHop, we're looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team as Full Time Junior Crew Members.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and a memorable visit experience for all guests
  • Manage crowd control and uphold visitor safety throughout the playground
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards daily
  • Organize and manage playground inventory and storage areas
  • Operate and upkeep all playground equipment in good working condition
  • Assist in planning staff duty rosters and cleaning schedules
  • Coordinate daily crew deployment and meal-time arrangements
  • Lead and support part-time and junior crew members
  • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures at admissions
  • Support and participate in in-house events and performances

Candidates must have experience in hospitality, children's entertainment, tuition centers, or childcare environments. They should be responsible, team-oriented, and enjoy interacting with children. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

The successful candidate will be able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
