Job Title: Beauty ConsultantRoles & Responsibilities

As a Beauty Consultant at ONLY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for:

  • Representing and communicating the ONLY brand with passion and a deep understanding of all our services.
  • Performing face and body treatments with excellent skill and service attitude.
  • Making professional recommendations on products, treatments, and packages to customers.
  • Achieving sales targets through effective consultations and upselling of products and services.
  • Providing excellent customer service with a professional touch, ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients.
  • Playing an active role in customer referral and retention through excellent service and relationship-building.
  • Handling appointment making, reception, and other customer service responsibilities.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the outlet to uphold our high standards.
Work Hours

We operate from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. As a full-time, permanent position, you will be required to work flexible hours based on operational needs.

Training and Development

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Beautician/Therapist with sales responsibilities.
  • Relevant CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or other beauty and wellness certifications are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
