Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our team in an airport lounge environment. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene while ensuring the efficient operation of our dishwashing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, glassware, kitchen equipment, and other food service items using both manual and machine methods.
  • Ensure proper loading and unloading of dish racks and operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including floors, walls, sinks, and trash areas.
  • Properly dispose of waste and recyclables according to established procedures.
  • Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and inventory as needed.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as necessary.
  • Adhere to strict food safety, hygiene, and airport safety standards at all times.
  • Provide support to kitchen staff during busy periods, such as preparing trays or wiping down prep areas.
  • Report any malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role in hospitality is preferred.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Team player with a respectful and cooperative attitude.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings/late nights.
