Agricultural Sector Trader

Our organization is seeking a skilled Agricultural Sector Trader to generate revenue through commodity arbitrage and other strategies. As a key member of our trading team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective trading strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commodity arbitrage trading strategies and execution for agricultural products.
  • Take ownership of arbitrage trading for agricultural product futures and commodity futures, encompassing both offshore and onshore products.
  • Organize and consolidate business segment holdings, monitor brokerage bank funds and monthly positions, and communicate updates to the trading supervisor.
  • Collections, organize and analyze industry data, monitor industry trends, conduct thorough research within your designated sector, and prepare insightful research reports.
  • Identify valuable investment opportunities within the market.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience within the futures or securities finance industry with Futures or commodities arbitrage and a solid P&L track record.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and logical analysis skills, combined with perceptive market insights.
  • Effective communication, coordination, and execution abilities, as well as a strong sense of initiative, responsibility, and execution capability.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, coupled with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Thrive in diverse work environments and effectively manage work pressure.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, engineering or related field.
