Digital Forensics and Incident Response Specialist

This role involves managing and leading the response to cyber-security incident response engagements. This includes being hands-on as required to deliver incident response & digital forensics engagements, helping with commercial proposals to clients based on existing templates, coaching and managing colleagues, working directly with end clients and helping them deal with their cyber-security challenges.
It is common to work on several projects at the same time, prioritizing tasks and managing expectations when deadlines are unachievable. You will be expected to help your colleagues resolve technical questions and conduct research to resolve issues. The typical output of this job is a report presented to the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing incident response cases – formulate a response plan, break it down into tasks, supervise delivery and participate hands-on as required.
- Helping with commercial proposals to clients based on existing templates.
- Coaching and managing colleagues.
- Being hands-on as required to deliver incident response & digital forensics engagements.
- Working directly with end clients and helping them deal with their cyber-security challenges.
Requirements and Qualifications
Self-driven individuals possessing strong desire to learn and identify new technologies and services are preferred. More than 8 years of professional experience in a technical role in cyber security with experience in Incident Response and Digital Forensics is necessary. Ability to lead incident response cases, good understanding of networking, computers and familiarity with cloud providers is also required.
Subject matter expertise in digital forensics and incident response is a must. Good communication skills are essential for presenting conclusions to colleagues and clients. Presentation skills training will be provided by KPMG.
