  • Trainees will engage in hands-on learning experiences, emphasizing a fit-to-standard approach, to equip aspiring consultants and business users with foundational knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems.

  • Participate in structured training and on-the-job training across various S/4HANA modules.
  • Engage in real-time exercises using SAP Fiori Launchpad and cloud sandbox environments.
  • Gain exposure to agile project delivery and the SAP Activate methodology.
  • Learn system configuration, extensibility options, analytics, and user access.

  • Understand functional roles and responsibilities within SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Gain foundational knowledge of FI/MM/SD/Joule AI modules and their business processes.
  • Learn SAP best practices and application usage through guided sessions.
  • Acquire basic skills in identity and access management, integrations, and data loading.
  • Experience testing simulations (UAT, integration testing) and project lifecycle concepts.
  • Maintain personal learning records, assessments, and progress reports.

  • Interest in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud modules (FI/MM/SD).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
