Job Title: GCP Architect

You are hired as a senior-level cloud architect to develop and lead the implementation of enterprise-level cloud applications using Google Cloud Platform services. Your primary responsibility is to design, configure, host, manage, and monitor large-scale cloud applications in Google Cloud.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Architecting, designing, and leading the development of enterprise-level cloud applications using GCP services.
  • Configuring, hosting, managing, and monitoring applications in Google Cloud.
  • Conducting Google Cloud assessments, modernization initiatives, and migrations for large-scale applications.
  • Establishing, documenting, and implementing best practices for end-to-end application initiation and deployment processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture with at least 3 years of experience as a GCP architect.
  • Google Cloud Certified as a Professional Cloud Architect.
  • Expertise in GCP services including Compute, Storage, Database, Networking, and Security.
  • Experience in developing GCP applications using Java, .NET, Python, or other programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with GCP services such as Cloud Endpoints, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Cloud Composer, and Dataflow.
Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Hands-on automation experience with Terraform, Ansible, Packer, or GitHub.
  • Knowledge of design patterns for GCP third-party tools setup.
  • Native tools usage.
  • Multi-cloud experience.
