Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Project Manager to lead our construction activities for large-scale projects in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the performance of MEP contractors throughout the project duration.
  • Lead the delivery of the mechanical workscope with expert knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
  • Liaise with the General Contractor and Design Team to make informed decisions that align with project objectives.
  • Understand project direction and drive key milestones to achieve the required project schedule.
  • Monitor progress against the schedule and facilitate planning to mitigate challenges.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Mechanical Construction and/or Engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • General understanding of Local Building Codes, Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes, and Plumbing Codes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate within a multi-discipline team in a large-scale construction environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven capability in reporting to senior management levels.
