Business Growth Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven Business Growth Specialist to accelerate our expansion in the automotive industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve our revenue targets.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably with a deep understanding of the automotive market, and a passion for building strategic partnerships. You will work closely with our marketing team to create effective sales collateral and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive industry.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral and campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and forecast revenue.

Requirements:

  • Education: At least a Diploma in any discipline.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Possess strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Player: A good team player with good follow-up skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work independently under fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure.
  • Automotive Market Understanding: Strong understanding of the automotive market space is a plus.
