About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven professional to lead our US Government capture strategy.

This role is responsible for identifying, shaping, and capturing major opportunities in the national security space sector. Your focus won't just be on chasing RFPs—it'll be on making them happen and delivering.

  • Generate and capture business opportunities by developing a deep understanding of the client base, monitoring buying cycles, and informing capture strategies.
  • Own and drive end-to-end capture lifecycle, from early opportunity shaping through proposal development and contract award.
  • Grow existing business by partnering with engineering and program management teams to expand work with current clients and qualify new pursuits.

You will be at the tip of the spear working closely with customer leadership, product teams, engineers, and executive leadership to shape future programs and deliver critical capability to the mission.

In many cases, you will have the opportunity to follow a successful proposal into the execution phase should we win the opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute capture strategies to identify and pursue high-priority business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the DoD, IC, and space-related mission partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals that meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Familiarity with DoD and IC communities and understanding of government acquisition.
  • Experience supporting space ground C2 programs in service of DoD or IC customers.

You must be able to demonstrate:

  • High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and customers.
  • Ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships with program stakeholders.
Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • US Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000.
  • OTE: Up to $300,000 (50% Base / 50% Variable).
