About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to engage in field service, site installation, and perform Quality checks on all completed machines. As an Industrial Automation Field Service Specialist, you will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technology and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide site machine installation and maintenance services.
- Attend to service calls and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Conduct in-house and on-site training for customers to ensure they are fully satisfied with our products.
- Investigate and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Perform Quality checks on all completed machines to ensure stringent quality compliance before delivery.
To be successful as an Industrial Automation Field Service Specialist, you will need:
- A diploma in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in field service or QA in Industrial Automation projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- Good problem-solving/troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. This role also offers opportunities for growth and development within the company.
