This position involves overseeing the day-to-day management of our contact centre, ensuring that key performance indicators are met. You will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and distributing performance reports, making recommendations to the Project Manager to maintain service levels for our customers.

You will establish procedures and processes that align with company standards, strategic directives, and departmental goals. This will ensure accurate, timely, and complete feedback is provided to team members on their performance. Coaching and guidance will be provided to support team members in meeting their KPIs and adhering to organizational guidelines and policies.

Collaboration with our Customer Experience and Training teams will be essential in identifying issues, driving metrics, and prioritizing tasks based on seasonality and customer needs. Enhancing team performance through team connections, briefings, and coaching sessions will also be a key aspect of this role.

In the absence of the Team Leader, you will assist and manage the team effectively.

Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Experience in leading, inspiring, and motivating others to meet goals and metrics.
  • Strong project and resource management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent decision-making and analytical skills.
