Technology Innovation & Data Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Innovation and Data Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of all computer systems, data management, and communication networks within the property.

  • Maintain a high level of operational reliability and stability for property-based technology.
  • Provide administration services as a central point of contact for technology-related issues.
  • Manage server infrastructure by assisting in planning, design, capacity planning, performance monitoring, upgrades, troubleshooting, backup procedures, and virus protection.
  • Oversee network infrastructure planning, design, implementation, troubleshooting, and vendor management.
  • Offer deskside support for service outage diagnosis, desktop repair, coordination with third-party vendors, troubleshooting, and virus protection.
  • Handle systems administration tasks such as user management, account creation, and access control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain computer systems, networks, and communication equipment to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity of technology systems.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems, identifying and implementing effective resolutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on technology systems and software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for future development.
