The Role Involves:
  • Identifying and resolving complex issues and developing innovative solutions for high-profile clients.
  • Actively identifying and supporting business development opportunities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
  • Coaching and developing team members as part of the firm's overall Performance Management process or on specific engagements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of consulting experience in Red Teaming/Pentesting and recognized industry certifications (e.g. CISSP, OSCP, CRT, CREST, CRTP).

Passionate about cyber security, particularly technical assessments/reviews.

Experienced in security testing domains, such as red teaming and threat intelligence, web/network/mobile/cloud/thick client vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.

Able to lead and execute red teaming engagements encompassing intel-led approaches from planning to execution.

Ability to manage and oversee multiple cyber engagements across various security testing disciplines independently and cohesively with the engagement team.

Strong project management skills in areas such as meeting requirements, timelines, documentation, and risk management aspects in a project lifecycle.

Excellent written and communication skills to translate and communicate with clients, direct reports, and team members.
