Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team. As a Beautician, you will provide exceptional beauty services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and skin analysis.
  • Offer waxing and hair removal services, as well as lash and brow tinting and shaping.
  • Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail art (if applicable).
  • Apply makeup for special events.

To achieve this, you will conduct thorough client consultations to recommend the best treatments and products. You will also maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation according to state health regulations.

A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a loyal clientele. You will actively promote and sell salon retail products and treatment packages, while staying current on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid state cosmetology or esthetics license.
  • Proven experience as a Beautician or Beauty Therapist.
  • Proficiency in a wide range of beauty services.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A positive, professional attitude and a strong team spirit.
  • The ability to manage appointments and maintain a punctual schedule.
