We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at K.G.M. BROTHERS CONTRACTORS PTE LTD. As a key member of our senior QS team, you will play a vital role in assisting us to deliver high-quality projects to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing quotations and tender submissions for various projects.
  • Sourcing suppliers and specialist subcontractors to support project delivery.
  • Coordinating with site staff to ensure accurate and timely progress claims.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to stakeholders as necessary.

About You:
  • You hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are proficient in using MS Office software and have experience working with AutoCAD.
