We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer II to join our Manufacturing Engineering team at LIFE TECHNOLOGIES HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. As an Electrical Engineer II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch and production of our Mass Spectrometry products.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to the development of innovative life sciences solutions. You will be responsible for assisting with technical issues in Mass Spectrometry manufacturing, designing tools and fixtures for process improvement, and maintaining engineering support for Mass Spectrometry production. Additionally, you will assist the production and quality teams to improve First-Pass yield and collaborate with the quality team on field return instrument failure analysis.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with at least 5 years of working experience, preferably in a life science or biotech manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels, across functions, and cross-culturally.
You must also possess strong technical skills in areas such as troubleshooting, optoelectronics, analog, EMC, fabrication, PADS, embedded systems, power electronics, Altium Designer, board development, Orcad, PCB design, AutoCAD, digital electronics, instrumentation, assembly, life sciences, CAD, electronics, and failure analysis.
