Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support our project team.

  • Support project teams with project-related tasks, including drafting documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize accurate project files, such as contracts, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, set agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Support project timelines and planning, adhering to budgets and project outcomes and deliverables.
  • Track and record project modifications, variations, and follow up on necessary approvals.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Facilitate clear communication among project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and leadership.
  • Address project-related inquiries and provide timely responses, including status updates and reports.
  • Assist in managing project budgets, expenses, and financial records.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Support the preparation of financial documentation for project assessments.
  • Contribute to the application of quality assurance protocols to ensure project outcomes meet company standards.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety guidelines, and internal policies.
  • Lead internal audits and inspections for quality control.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant project coordination experience.
  • Experience working with engineering products, including fire suppression systems and products.
  • Proactive, excellent team player, and customer-focused.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work well in a team.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.
