Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining electronic systems at various client sites.

About This Role:

  • Install, test, and commission electronic systems at client sites
  • Address fault calls promptly and provide on-site technical support
  • Coordinate with sales teams, project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project implementation
  • Oversee the full service and maintenance workflow, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
  • Lead a team of service engineers/technicians, promoting continuous improvement and accountability
  • Manage multiple service and maintenance projects concurrently
  • Conduct regular site inspections for safety and compliance with technical standards
  • Prepare service documentation and reports for internal and client use
  • Travel to project sites as required
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service satisfaction and trust

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
  • Certificate holders in Security and Access Control System are also encouraged to apply
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Teams
  • Possession of a vehicle is preferred
  • Good problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
  • Willingness to travel to project sites when required
