Job Overview:

  • Oversight and coordination of mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Facilitation of meetings with sub-contractors to resolve design conflicts and technical concerns.
  • Collaboration with project teams for planning and execution of mechanical installation works.
  • Negotiation of contractual matters with sub-contractors.
  • Liaison with consultants, architects, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum five years experience in building projects, preferably in BTO projects.
  • A proven track record as a results-driven professional in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM essential.
  • Provide clear details of previous projects handled in your CV.
