Senior Financial Transformation Director

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end financial operations and drive transformation across procurement to payment (P2P) and record to report (R2R) processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage financial shared services operations, focusing on process ownership and transformation.
- Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency and control.
- Oversee accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain robust internal control frameworks for regulatory compliance and risk minimization.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver improvements in financial processes, reporting, and systems.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the shared services team, fostering a high-performance culture and building future-ready capabilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business; CA/CPA qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in P2P and R2R transformation, with strong leadership skills.
- Proven track record in leading finance operations, process re-engineering, and implementing automation/digital tools.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
