  • Biz Growth Strategist

About the Role:

  • We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and execute business development strategies across key service areas, including HR Services, Educational Exchange Programs, Adult Training, and Study Tours.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, educational institutions, and government bodies.
  • To prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends monitoring.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Achieve assigned business development targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, HR Management, Education, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with Chinese and international partners.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with human resource services or education & training sectors is a plus.
