About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Kuok Group.

Job Description
  • Coordinate and facilitate backend interview arrangements for our Talent Acquisition team, ensuring seamless communication with hiring managers, candidates, HR Business Partners, and Recruiters.
  • Utilize our ATS system (Recruitee) whenever possible, or leverage company-provided emails and cell phones as needed.

The ideal candidate will be a full-time student in Singapore, majoring in fields such as Business, HR, International Relations, Sociology, Psychology, or related disciplines.

Requirements
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship period of 3-6 months.
  • Previous relevant internship experience in HR-related roles is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.

We estimate this role's annual salary to be approximately SGD $25,000 - SGD $35,000, based on industry standards and location.
