Job Description:

As an educator at a reputable institution, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages academic excellence and character development. Your role will involve planning and delivering instructional activities that promote active learning experiences, establishing clear objectives and assessments to evaluate student progress, and preparing and utilizing various teaching materials to cater to students' needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum requirements and promote student engagement
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
  • Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents regarding student progress and needs
  • Stay updated with subject area, teaching resources, and methodologies
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above with at least 3 years of teaching experience
  • Preferred qualifications in teaching Chinese language
  • Familiarity with Singapore curriculum
  • Passionate about teaching and committed to seeing the best in students
