About the Role
  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Science Teacher to join our team as a Science Educator.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and conduct effective Science lessons, utilizing a range of teaching methods to ensure student engagement and understanding.
  2. Source and prepare materials, resources and activities needed for interactive lessons.
  3. Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment during classes, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
  4. Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance as necessary.
  5. Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and any areas requiring additional support.
  6. Grade homework and tests in a timely manner, providing detailed feedback to students.
  7. Attend regular meetings with colleagues to discuss curriculum development, student progress and other relevant matters.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience teaching Science to primary school students.
