The Clinical Administration Office at SINGHEALTH COMMUNITY HOSPITALS is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Associate Executive. This position is ideal for an administrative professional with experience in providing support to various clinical services.

Job Description

This role requires the ability to manage office operations effectively, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely submissions of invoices and claims. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating manpower-related activities and providing administrative support for new staff hiring activities.

Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to various clinical services
  • Maintaining and monitoring office equipment assets
  • Ensuring proper documentation of purchases and timely submission of invoices and claims
  • Coordinating manpower-related activities

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess a diploma with 2 years' experience or higher qualifications with relevant work experience. Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

  • Diploma with 2 years' experience; or
  • Higher NITEC / NITEC/ GCE N / O / A Level + 8 years' experience
  • Good writing skills, meticulous and organised
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and supervise junior clerical staff. Experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office is required.
