Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Digital Innovation Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for eliciting citizen/business needs through human-centric methods, developing user stories and functional/technical specifications, and evaluating technology options to align with business objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with business teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions that meet their needs. You will also collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth deployment and operations of new systems or products.

Additionally, you will assist in identifying new opportunities for digital transformation and provide input on technical problems during the Operations & Maintenance phase.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related subject area with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior working experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing.
  • Participated in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably using Agile Methodology.
  • Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence.
  • A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind.
  • Ability to learn and apply.
  • Business Analysis certification, e.g. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
  • Past development or consulting experience.
  • Knowledge or experience in implementing projects in cloud technology as well as at least one of the following areas (Agile Methodologies, Internet and Mobile Technologies, Customer Relationship Management, Data Analytics and Service Design).
