Job Summary:
Bulgari S.P.A is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, creating and maximizing sales opportunities, and providing excellent service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop relationships with existing clients to enhance clienteling experience and increase sales achievement.
- Develop and engage new customers by providing customized advice and introducing them to the discovery of the brand.
- Manage the sales process as per delivery standards.
- Contribute to the store and service KPI's achievement and apply all sales related procedures and guidelines.
- Perform 1-1 CRM activities as per Store Manager's instructions.
- Perform all After Sales service and other pertinent ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Must have a strong knowledge of the Luxury business.
- Must possess strong selling skills and results-oriented.
- A conversationalist, resourceful, and customer-focused.
- Able to carry out store procedures and processes.
- Familiar with CRM techniques and tools and other store operation applications.
