Marketing Content Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled marketing content specialist to join our team.

This role involves creating engaging social media content, managing brand presence, and overseeing user-generated content (UGC) collaborations with key opinion leaders (KOLs).


Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Content Creation:
    • Develop a content calendar for social media platforms tailored to the needs of various industries.
    • Familiarize yourself with current social media trends and adapt them to content wisely.
    • Oversee content filming and photography, ensuring visuals align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
    • Work closely with senior marketing managers to produce on-brand content for social media, blogs, and digital campaigns.

  • Brand Representation:
    • Act as the face of the brand, representing values and vision through engaging and authentic content.
    • Be comfortable representing the brand in front of the camera.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure messaging and tone of content align with target market expectations.

  • UGC and KOL Management:
    • Manage UGC acquisition, selection, and engagement to boost brand awareness and community engagement.
    • Work with KOLs to create and manage collaborations, partnerships, and campaigns that elevate brand presence and drive engagement.
    • Develop relationships with UGC creators, influencers, and KOLs to ensure high-quality content output.

  • Backend Work & Shopify Management:
    • Support the team with backend tasks, including product listings, content updates, and ensuring smooth functioning of Shopify stores.
    • Track and report on digital campaign performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and feedback.

    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in a similar marketing role with a focus on content creation and social media management.
    • Video content creation and editing skills.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Comfortable representing brands in front of the camera.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
    • Experience managing UGC and influencer/KOL collaborations.
    • Familiarity with Shopify, including content management, product listings, and reporting tools.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
    • A passion for beauty, skincare, and parenting products.

    Preferred Skills:
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
    • Experience with analytics tools.
